摘 要:某型农机变速箱体在使用过程中,行走轮空腔及其连接区域易发生断裂损坏,运用Nastran对其进行模态分析,结果表明该区域相对振幅较大.在相对振幅较大的区域增加2 mm的壁厚并合理布置加强筋以增加其刚度.对改进设计后的样机进行有限元模态分析和基于LMS Test.Lab的模态试验,结果表明改进后的箱体薄弱区域相对振幅最大降低约为30%.箱体动态特性得到显著增强,有助于整机动态性能的提高.The cavity of rotating wheels shaft and their conjunction areas of gearbox case in one type of agricultural machinery tend to break while working. The modal analysis was carried out with software Nastran and it was found that the amplitude was relative large in this area. The wall was thickened by 2ram and ribs were rationally arranged to improve the stiffness of the area. The finite element mode analysis and the modal experiment based on LMS Test. Lab of the improved prototype were carried out. The results showed that the relative amplitude was reduced by 30% maximally. The dynamic characteristics of the case were apparently improved, which could in turn improve the dynamic performance of agricultural machinery.
