胃癌患者手术治疗前后IGF-Ⅰ、CA72-4和TSGF检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨了胃癌患者手术治疗前后血清IGF-Ⅰ、CA72-4和TSGF水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和化学法对31例胃癌患者进行了手术治疗前后血清IGF-Ⅰ、CA72-4和TSGF检测,并与35名正常人作比较。结果:在手术治疗前,胃癌患者血清IGF-Ⅰ、CA72-4和TSGF水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),经手术治疗6个月后与正常人组比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:检测血清IGF-Ⅰ、CA72-4和TSGF水平的变化对观察病情和预后判定均有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of determination of changes of serum IGF-Ⅰ,CA72-4 and TSGF levels after operation in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Serum IGF,CA72-4 （with RIA） and TSGF （with biochemistry） levels were determined in 31 patients with gastric cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation the serum IGF-Ⅰ,CA72-4 and TSGF levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls （P0.01）. Six months after operation,the levels were not significantly different from those in controls （P0.05）. Conclusion Detection of serum IGF-Ⅰ,CA72-4 and TSGF levels after operation might be of prognostic importance in patients with gastric cancer.
