卒中单元联合高压氧治疗急性脑卒中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察卒中单元联合高压氧治疗急性脑卒中的疗效。方法将研究对象分为对照组、卒中单元组、卒中单元+高压氧组,均采用常规的药物治疗,卒中单元组早期制定标准化操作程序,给予规范的综合康复治疗,卒中单元+高压氧组在卒中单元的基础上加上高压氧治疗。在治疗前后均采用欧洲卒中量表(ESS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分,并与对照组比较。结果治疗后卒中单元组、卒中单元+高压氧组ESS评分及BI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01),卒中单元+高压氧组ESS评分及BI评分显著高于卒中单元组(P<0.05)。结论卒中单元联合高压氧治疗能明显改善急性脑卒中患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力,改善生活质量。Objective To observe the curative effects of stroke unit combined hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） on acute stroke patients.Methods The patients in the research were divided into three groups,i.e.control group,stroke unit（SU） group,and the SU＋HBO group.All the three groups were treated with routine medication as a basic treatment.European stroke scale（ESS） and Barthel index（BI） were testd before and after treatment.Results The improving extent of ESS and BI in the SU group and the SU＋HBO group were significantly different from that in the control group（P0.01）,and the scores in the SU＋HBO were significantly higher than that in the the SU group（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of stroke unit and HBO significantly improves motor function and daily living activities in acute stroke patients.
