摘 要:目的研究补心通脉颗粒对兔动脉粥样硬化模型的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。方法采用青紫兰家兔制作高脂饲料诱发动脉粥样硬化模型。将48只家兔随机均分为6组:正常组,模型组(喂高脂饲料),补心通脉小剂量组,补心通脉中剂量组,补心通脉大剂量组,辛伐他汀组。观察各组动物的血脂,血浆内皮素(endothelium,ET)、一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、环磷酸鸟苷(cyclic guanosine monophosphate,cGMP)及动脉粥样硬化病理积分。结果补心通脉颗粒能明显降低动脉粥样硬化家兔血浆胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)与甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)水平(P<0.05),升高血浆NO、cGMP水平(P<0.05),减少ET生成(P<0.05),降低冠状动脉粥样硬化病理积分(P<0.05)。结论补心通脉颗粒主要是通过调节血脂代谢、升高血浆NO、cGMP、减少ET生成等途径达到抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。Objective To study the anti atherosclerotic effects of BuXinTongMai Granule in a rabbit model of atherosclerosis. Methods Atherosclerotic model was established by feeding high fat diet to rabbits. Forty-eight male rabbits were randomly and evenly divided into six groups: control group, model group (high fat diet), low-dose BuXinTongMai Granule-treated group, mid dose-treated group, high-dose-treated group and simvastatin group. The levels of blood lipid, plasma endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO) and cGMP were measured, and the pathological scores of atherosclerosis were obtained. Results BuXinTongMai Granules significantly decreased the level of TC and TG (P〈0. 05), upregulated the level of plasma NO and cGMP (P〈0. 05), and cut down the pathological score of coronary atherosclerosis. Conclusion BuXinTongMai Granule has anti-atherosclerotic effects on atherogenesis in rabbits with hyperlipoidemia through regula ting the blood lipid metabolism, increasing the levels of plasma NO and cGMP and decreasing the level of plasma ET.
