摘　　要：利用１９８７～１９９６年间发生在东亚及西北太平洋地区的温带气旋风暴资料，分析总结了温带风暴的活动规律和形成演变特征，论述了冬半年北太平洋中高纬安全航线的选择，对在航船舶具有实际的应用价值．Making use of the data of frontal cyclone which happened at East Asia and Northwestern Pacific Ocean from 1987 to 1996, active regular pattern and developing characteristics of the cyclonic extratropical storm have been statistically analyzed in this paper. Safe route choice at mid latitude and high latitude area of Northern Pacific Ocean in winter has practical value to marine shipping.
