摘　　要：CDIO是一种与时俱进的教育理念和人才培养模式.基于CDIO理念提出了"理进工出、三能协同"的信息与计算科学专业人才培养模式,并给出了具体的模块化课程设置以及以"三能"为导向的教学策略.CDIO is a modem educational philosophy and a mode of training talents. Grounded on CDIO, the paper proposes the talent - training mode of the students concerned, namely, ＂although he enrolls as an undergraduate of sciences, a student will leave college as a graduate of engineering with three well - developed abilities in the college＂. The paper additionally offers the concrete modular curriculum and the teaching strategy guided by the ＂three abilities＂.
