摘　　要：高职教育人才培养与企业需求的矛盾日益突出,发达国家工学结合模式为我们提供了一个可资借鉴的样本,走中国特色的工学结合之路是高职教育发展的必然选择。The contradiction of talent-nurturing and the requirements of enterprises becomes increasingly severe. The examples of those advanced countries worth our attention and reference. The integration mode of working and studying with Chinese characteristics is our definite option.
