摘　　要：目的 探讨磁共振胰胆管造影（MRCP）对胆管梗阻性疾病的诊断价值。方法对72例胆管疾病患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾分析。结果MRCP定位诊断准确率100％，定性准确率95.8％。结论MRCP对胆管梗阻性疾病可以做出简便、快速、安全、可靠的定性、定位诊断；可作为胆系梗阻性病变的首选检查方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography （MRCP）for biliary obstructive diseases. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to investigate the clinical diagnostic and therapic data of 72 cases with bile duct diseases. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRCP was 100% for location, and it was 95.8% for qualitation. Conclusions It is simple, fast, safe, reliable for the diagnosis of qualitation and location in biliary obstructive diseases by MRCP. And MRCP can be used as the preferred inspection method for biliary obstructive diseases.
