摘　　要：从专业化分工的角度分析产业集群竞争优势的理论已较成熟,但对于农业产业集群的竞争优势分析还较为鲜见,甚至有些学者认为从专业化分工角度分析农业产业集群的竞争优势是不可能的。本文试图从专业化分工的角度去研究农业产业集群的优势,以山东寿光蔬菜产业集群为例分析表明农业产业集群在成本、技术创新、人才、就业、制度环境等方面具有明显竞争优势。From the point of view of specialization labour,the study of the competitive superiorities of industrial clusters has been very mature,but the study about the agricultural industry cluster still is relatively rare.Even some scholars think that studying it is not possible.This paper attempts to study the competitive superiorities of the agricultural industry cluster from the point of view of specialization labour,taking Shouguang Vegetable industry clusters as an example,and makes the following conclusions that agriculture industrial clusters have many advantages,such as cost,technological innovation,talent,employment,system surroundings and so on.
