摘 要:以客户订单分离点定位问题为切入点,构建基于成本优化的CODP决策模型,并采用M/M/1排队理论对模型加以改进。仿真分析得出CODP的定位点,并指出采用延迟策略时不能仅仅只考虑制造商的成本,还应该结合供应链中的上下游各企业(如零售商)的总成本,从供应链视角上综合考虑资源的最优化配置。In order to solve the contradictions in mass customization (MC) production scale with the customer demand, production delays strategy was presented. As the core strategy of MC, Customer Order Decoupling Point (CODP) positioning of the mass customization is the key of this article. Considered the cost optimization, the CODP decision-making model based on the queuing theory model was improved. Numerical simulation show that not only consideration cost of manufacturer, but the total cost of the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises in order to achieve resources optimization.
