摘 要:好的理论与实践源自积极的学校文化假设。这些假设是文化的核心,是学校不断追求卓越的灵魂,它们影响并决定着学校的意义网络,成为了学校教育实践的基础。优质学校优在文化,它有着一套新的学生假设、教师角色、教育活动以及理论与实践之关系的假设。积极的信念是引领学校不断走向卓越的"幽灵"。Good theories and practice come from active assumptions of school culture. These assumptions form the central goal of the school culture and motivate the school staff do their best. They also affect and determine the meaning network and serve as the practice basis of the school. A quality school has an advantageous culture and handles children, teachers, educational activities and the relationship between theory and practice in a way differing from the tradition. It is believed that active convictions are considered the soul that leads a quality school to achieve its excellence.
