摘 要:针对轧件来料横向厚度分布左右不对称时造成轧制压力横向分布不均匀的情况,引入非对称函数以拟合轧件入口、出口横向厚度分布规律,通过变分法推导出非对称条件下板材出口横向位移模型;借助条元法和全辊系弹性变形模型,进行迭代计算,得到非对称条件下板材轧制压力的分布。根据某厂四辊铝带连轧机实际轧制的情况,针对平直件、凸形件和楔形件三种典型的板材来料情形,通过仿真结果,讨论了板厚、板凸度和横向板厚差对轧制力横向分布的影响。Aiming at th uneven lateral distribution of rolling pressure caused by the asymmetric lateral distribution of incoming strip thickness from left to right. By introducing the non-symmetric function to fit the lateral distribution of thickness of entry strip and exit strip. Lateral displacement model of the strip in the exit under asymmetric situation was deduced with calculus of variations. The distribution of rolling pressure under non-symmetrical condition has been deduced by multi-element method and the model of whole rollers deformation. According to the actual situation of rolling, Aiming at the situation of three typical incoming plates such as flat piece, wedge-shaped piece and convex piece, simulation was done on a four-high aluminum strip tandem mill under full working condition. Finally, the effect of the strip thickness, lateral thickness difference and convexity on the lateral distribution of roiling pressure was discussed.
