翼状胬肉手术中自体角膜缘干细胞移植与生物羊膜移植的对比

摘　　要：目的观察翼状胬肉手术中自体角膜缘干细胞移植与生物羊膜移植的效果。方法72例（84眼）翼状胬肉随机分为自体角膜缘干细胞移植组（A组）和生物羊膜移植组（B组）。术中首先进行翼状胬肉切除，之后分别进行自体角膜缘干细胞移植或生物羊膜移植。随访6～24个月。结果A组术后角膜上皮平均于（3．19±0．65）d愈合，B组术后角膜上皮平均于（6．22±1．35）d愈合，（P〈0．05）。A组术后1眼复发，复发率为2．38％，B组术后3眼复发，复发率为7．14％（P〉0．05）。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植与生物羊膜移植均能降低翼状胬肉术后复发率，其中自体角膜缘干细胞移植更易于角膜创面愈合。Objective To observe the curative effectiveness of limbal stem cell autograft vs Biological amnion transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods 72 cases with pterygium （84 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups. The limbal group reeeived transpl antation of limbal stem cell autograft followed by excision of pterygium,and the anmion group was subjected to Biological amnion transplantation followed by excision of pterygium. All eyes received the same antibiotics and anti-inflammation eyedrops after operation. Corneal epithelium healing and pterygial recurrence of eyes were observed. All cases were followed up for a period of 6- 24 months. Results The corneal epthellium healing was at （3.19 ±0. 65） day in the limbal group. While at （6.22±1.35 ） day in the amnion group. The differences were statistical significant between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. One eye recurrence was noted in the limbal group group,the recurrence rate was 2.38%. Three eyes recurrence were noted in the amnion group, the recurence rate was 7.14%. The differences were not statistical significant between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Both limbal stem cell autograft and Biological amnion transplantation are the effective therapies for pterygium. The limbal stem cell autograft is more prone to corneal wound healing than the Biological amnion transplantation.
