摘  要:利用气相色谱法同时测定粮食(大米)中甲胺磷等8种有机磷农药残留,首先用乙腈-氯化钠盐析法提取大米中的残留有机磷农药,后将溶剂置换为丙酮,样液过滤后用气相色谱仪进行分离检测,最终实现定性和定量测定。试验结果表明,此方法最低检出限可达到0.017mg/kg或更低,回收率范围为87.0%~107.0%,RSD为3.8%~7.9%。符合我国农药残留检测相关标准的要求。8 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues including methamidophos in foodstuff were simultaneously determined by adopting gas chromatography. They were extracted from the foodstuff firstly by using salting --out method of methylcyanide sodium chloride, and then the solvent was replaced with acetone, the sample solvent was separated and detected by gas chromatograph after filtration, and finally the qualitative and quantitative determination was realized. The test result showed that the minimum determination limit of this method was 0. 017 mg/kg or even lower, a recovery range was 87.0%-107.0% and RSD was 3.8%-7.9%, which were consistent with the requirements in relative standards of pesticide residue detection in our country.
