摘　　要：目的分析脑梗塞后锥体束Wallerian变性的MRI表现及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析15例经常规MRI扫描发现有Wallerian变性的脑梗塞病人的临床及MRI资料。结果常规MRI在脑梗塞后1-2周也能发现典型的Wallerian变性,Wallerian变性的出现与梗塞的大小有关,Wallerian变性越重,出现的越早,病人的预后越差。结论Wallerian变性的观察有助于临床医师对病人肢体功能恢复的评估。Objective To study the clinical characteristics and imaging finding of wallerian degeneration in the pyramidal tract after cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical and MRI data of 15 cases were analyzed about wallerian degeneration in the pyramidal tract after cerebral infarction found by conventional MRI. Results Typical wallerian degeneration in the pyramidal tract could be found by conventional MRI after cerebral infarction in 1 -2 weeks. Wallerian degenerationtion was related to the area of the cerebral infarction, wallerian degeneration had worse prognosis. Conclusion The investigationg of wallerian degeneration can help doctor to prognose the patient＇ s motor outcome.
