摘　　要：对喷涂式上浆机烘箱的技术革新作了详细的阐述,该机的重要组件——烘箱设计采用远红外与热风混合加热的方式、各温区形成封闭小循环系统等几种特殊措施,使烘箱控温精度和横断面温差均控制在±3%之内,从而保证了透气防毒服对整机的工艺要求。This article describes the technical innovation for the oven of spray-type sizing machine in details. The key part of this machine, that is oven, which adopts the closed-loop small cycle system for each temperature zone and the heating way of distance infrared and hot wind can reach to ± 3% in temperature controlling accuracy and cross-sectional temperature difference. It ensures the process needs of the breathable protective clothing to entire machine.
