摘　　要：面对新的形势,高等教育如何主动适应国家对人才培养和经济社会发展的要求,是当前高教界必须研究的重大课题。文章总结了宁波高校发展的成效,分析了制约宁波高校发展的因素,并就宁波高校如何发展提出了可操作性的十个"一体化"路径。Under the new situation,it＇s an urgent task to study how the institutions of higher learning meet the demands of the economic and social development. This paper sums up the achievement of the institutions of higher learning development in Ningbo and analyzes the potential factors hindering the further development. On the basis of the analysis,this paper gives ten workable integration routes.
