杜仲雄花水提物镇静催眠作用的研究

摘　　要：研究不同剂量杜仲雄花水提取物的镇静催眠作用,并分析其有效作用剂量。观察不同剂量水提取物对小鼠自主活动的影响以及直接镇静催眠作用、与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用和抗惊厥作用。结果显示,杜仲雄花水提物能显著增加小鼠睡眠率,有效减少小鼠的自主活动次数;与戊巴比妥钠有较好的协同作用,能显著增加阈下剂量的小鼠睡眠率,延长阈上剂量的睡眠时间,缩短睡眠潜伏期;杜仲雄花水提物能一定程度上降低尼可刹米导致的小鼠惊厥率,延长惊厥潜伏期。杜仲雄花水提物具有一定的镇静催眠作用。The sedative and hypnotic effects of water extracts of Eucommia male flowers with different dose were studied. The effective part of eucommia male flowers were confirmed and the effective dosage of it were investigated. The extract active components in eucommia male flowers with the water. The effects on spontaneous activity of mice were investigated,the synergy operation with pentobarbital sodium,and anticonvulsant effects of water extracts of eucommia male flowers with different dose. The results showed,the sleep of mice could be induced to and the spontaneous activity were inhibited significantly by the water extracts of eucommia male flowers. And the amount of sleeping mice were enhanced with pentobarbital sodium of subthreshold dose,and the sleeping time were prolonged and the sleep latency were shorten with pentobarbital sodium of superthreshold dose. The eclamptic rate of mice could be reduced effectively and the convulsions latency were prolonged significantly. The water extracts of eucommia male flowers possess obviously sedative and hypnotic effects in mice.
