摘　　要：目的:探讨MR在Alzheimer病的临床诊断价值。材料与方法:将80例已临床诊断为Alzheimer病的病例编为试验组,另将80例临床排除老年性痴呆诊断的病例编为对照组,将两者的颅脑各部分脑萎缩的情况进行对照研究。结果:与对照组相比,实验组病例的海马结构、海马旁结构及胼胝体有较明显萎缩。结论:MR检查在Alzheimer病的诊断方面具有不可低估的价值。Purpose： To explore the clinical application of MR inpatients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Materials and Methods： 80 cases clinically diagnosed as Alzheimer＇s disease were experimental group, and 80 cases exclude senile demen- tia were control group. The degree of cerebral atrophy of the experimental group were compared with the ones of the control group. Results： The hippocampal formation, Subiculum hippocampi and callositas of the experimental were more atrophy than the ones of the control group. Conclusion： MR is the effect diagnostic method for Alzheimer＇s disease.
