尿液中血管抑素及VEGF水平在妇科恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨测定尿液中血管抑素及VEGF在妇科肿瘤诊断方面的价值。方法:选择妇科恶性肿瘤患者32例(恶性肿瘤组)、31例妇科良性肿瘤患者(良性肿瘤组)及25例健康妇女(正常组),用赖氨酸-ELISA法测定三组尿液中的血管抑素水平,同时ELISA法测定恶性肿瘤组及正常组尿液中VEGF水平。结果:妇科恶性肿瘤组尿血管抑素水平(中位水平为2.06)高于正常组及良性肿瘤组(中位水平为0.70及0.80),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常组与良性肿瘤组尿血管抑素水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妇科恶性肿瘤组尿VEGF水平略高于正常组,但两组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:测得尿液中血管抑素水平有望作为妇科恶性肿瘤诊断及良恶性预测的指标之一。尿液中VEGF水平可能不是协助早期诊断妇科恶性肿瘤的合适指标。Objective： To study the diagnostic value of angiostatin and VEGF in the urine from patients with gynecological tumors. Methods： 32 patients with malignant gynecological tumors and 31 patients with benign gynecological tumors and 25 age - matched healthy women were obtained. Levels of angiostatin in urine samples of three groups were detected by lysine - ELISA assay. ELISA assay was applied to detect the level of VEGF in urine samples from normal control group and malignant tumor group. Results： The level of angiostatin in urine of malignant gynecological tumor patients was statistically higher than that of healthy and benign gynecological tumor women （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The level of urinary angiostatin in benign tumor group had no significant difference compared with normal group （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Median values of VEGF were higher in urine of malignant gynecological tumor patients than that in normal control group, but there was no significance difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion： The elevated angiostatin in the urine of patients with gynecological tumors may become a useful diagnostic and prognostic factor. The level of urinary VEGF may not be a diagnostic angiogeneisis factor for gynecological tumors.
