摘　　要：知识产权群体性侵权是知识产权发展进程中颇具时代特征的侵权行为形态,由于其对社会秩序和经济生活的重大影响,已经成为国际社会普遍关注的热点问题。究其根本,观念问题是造成侵权的内在诱因,因为观念指导行为。知识产权制度规范只有内化为社会公众意识,并且在全社会范围内形成知识产权文化氛围,知识产权才能得到切实的保护,创新精神才会被社会普遍尊崇。Groups＇infringement of intellectual property rights is a type of tort that has the features of the times in intellectual property development process. Because of its influence on the social order and economic life, it has become a hot issue in the international community. The actual cause of the infringement is the idea of people, because the idea of people guides the behavior of people. Only with the norms of intellectual property rights system accepted by the public consciousness, can intellectual property gain protection effectively.
