摘　　要：作为民族道德规范之本的儒家思想的内涵极其丰富,在儒家道德标准"仁"的影响之下,古代医家实践着"医乃仁术"的仁爱之心,形成了仁者爱人的传统医学道德。从儒家忠孝仁义等生活和道德准则出发,探讨医乃仁术、知医为孝、推己及人、重义轻利、以德待患等传统医德内涵,阐释传统医学以人为本的思想。As the base of Chinese traditional morality, the connotation of the Confucianism is extremely rich. Under the influence of benevolence in Confucian moral standards, ancient doctors had been practicing the benevolence that the medicine is the art of humaneness. Then the traditional medical morality that people with lofty ideals would love the human was formed. In light of the moral standards in the Confucianism （e.g. loyalty, filial piety, humaneness and righteousness）, this paper discusses the connotation of traditional medical morality, such as the art of humaneness in medical practice, knowing medicine for filial piety, the empathicalism, the value just above material gains and the treating the patients with morality. Furthermore, the people-oriented ideology in the traditional medicine is also demonstrated.
