《伤寒论》“误吐及吐法宜忌”浅析中医学“药物警戒”观

摘　　要：就仲景《伤寒论》"误吐、吐法禁忌症"条文,从现代中药不良反应角度,对其"变证"的临证特点、分类、机理及救治方法试做分析和探讨,并初步归纳"吐法禁忌"12种,提出《伤寒论》是已隐函中医学业"药物警戒观"警示医者决不能以药试病,错投误治,有助于提高中药疗效、防止中药不良反应。This paper discuss of Shanghanlun written by Zhangzhongjing which recorded the treatment of disease caused by exogenous pathogenic factors.The clause refered to misuse or prohibition of emetic is reached to 34.We will induct changed symptoms（the performance of adverse reactions） according to traditional classification mechanism among clauses refered to misuse of emetic.And also we will induct and investigate its performance characteristics and treatment methods,then indicate how to use emetic correctly,indication and contraindication of emetic.
