摘　　要：从供应链全局出发,在对逆向物流活动进行分析的基础上,说明了在供应链中整合逆向物流活动的必要性和可行性,并提出了逆向物流活动的整合方式及其管理方法。This paper analyzes the reverse logistics activities. With the sight of the whole supply china, it is discussed that integrating reverse logistics activities within SC is necessary and feasible. At last, the form of integrated and its management method are proposed.
