摘 要:目的了解内源性雌激素降低对青春期后雄猪促性腺激素分泌的影响。方法选择青春期后雄猪4头,一次性口服芳香化酶抑制剂来曲唑(Letrozole,0.1mg/kg给药),分别于服药前24、0.5及服药后0、2、6、24、48和168h抽取静脉血,放射免疫分析测定血清E2、FSH、LH浓度及观察其变化。结果服药后血清E2迅速下降,从治疗前的(465.39±116.03)pg/ml降到治疗后24h(36.70±11.48)pg/ml,下降约90%,并维持约168h。但血清FSH、LH浓度服药前后无明显变化。结论内源性雌激素降低对青春期后雄猪促性腺激素的分泌无明显反馈调节作用。Aim To understand impact of resuction of estrogen synthesis on secretion of gonadotropin in the postpubertal male pig. Methods There 4 pigs were were treated with a one-time oral dose of nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor (Lerozole 0.1mg/kg) and blood samples was collected from the ear vein 24 and 0.5 hour berfore and 0,2,6,24,48 and 168 hours after drug administration. The levels of E2,LH and FSH were determined by RIA. Results The level of E2 was rapidely reduced after treatment and it reduced by 90% 24 hours adfter drug administration and maintained for about 168 hours,compared to that of 465.39±116.03 and 36.71±11.48 pg/ml before and after treatment.But There no significant changes were observed in the levels FSH and LH after treatment. Conclusion The reduction of endogenous estrogen does not significantly affect the secretion of LH and FSH in postpubertal male pigs,suggesting that estrogen is not a feedback regulator of gonadotropins in the process of animal development.
