肾综合症出血热患者脂肪酶及血糖水平与疾病相关性

摘　　要：目的通过对肾综合症出血热(HFRS)患者各型空腹血糖(blood suger BS)及血清脂肪酶(lipase,LPS)的测定及分析,探讨二者变化与病情严重程度的关系。方法选择2005年5月～2006年5月在沈阳市第六人民医院住院的HFRS患者共66例,按诊断标准进行分型,测定各型空腹BS与LPS的升高峰值、并计算二者发生异常的比例,应用统计学方法进行分析。结果 HFRS出现空腹BS和血清LPS升高的百分率以轻型、中型、重型和危重型逐渐递增,空腹血糖和脂肪酶峰值在轻型、中型、重型和危重型逐渐上升。结论胰腺的损伤程度与疾病的严重程度是平行的。Aim To investigate the correlation of changes of levies of blood suger（BS）and lipase（LPS） in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） patients with severity of HFRS. Methods A total of 66 patients with HFRS were recruited from the Shenyang Sixth People＇s Hospital from May 2005 to May 2006.Thehe levels of LPS and BS were determined. The peak value and the results were analyzed using statistical methods. Results The levels of BS and LPS in HFRS patients were increasingly elevated in HFRS patients of mild ,medium and severe types. Conclusion The degree of pancreatie damage is paralleled with the severity of the disease.
