摘  要:利用分光光度法研究了溪黄草黄酮在聚乙二醇/磷酸钠双水相体系的分配行为,探讨了质量配比(mPEG/mNa3PO4)、温度和溪黄草黄酮浓度对双水相及萃取率的影响。结果表明,在一定的温度和浓度下,随着mPEG/mNa3PO4的增大,萃取率上升;在一定的质量配比和浓度下,当mPEG/mNa3PO4≤1.50时,萃取率随温度的升高显著降低;当mPEG/mNa3PO4≥2.50时,萃取率基本保持不变;在一定的质量配比和温度下,溪黄草黄酮浓度对分配系数K(cU/cL)和萃取率基本没有影响。在mPEG/mNa3PO4=3.00、T=60℃时,平均萃取率可达76.69%。Partitional behaviors of flavones from Rabdosia serra (Maxim)Hara in PEG/phosphate aqueous two-phase system were studied by spectrophotometry. Effects of mass ratio(mPEG/mNa3PO4 ), temperature and concentration of flavones from Rabdosia serra (Maxim)Hara on the aqueous two-phase system and the extraction rate were investigated. The experiments results showed that the extraction rate of the flavones was increased with mPEG/mNa3PO4 under a certain temperature and concentration; under a certain mPEG/mNa3PO4 and concentration, the extraction rate of the flavones was obviously decreased with temperature when mPEG/mNa3PO4≤ 1. 50,and was nearly unchanged when mPEG/mNa3PO4≥ 2.50;under a certain mPEG/mNa3PO4 and temperature, the extraction rate of the flavones was also nearlY unchanged with concentration of the flavones,and the extraction rate of the flavones reached 76.69% when mPEG/mNa3PO4 =3. 00 and T=60℃.
