摘　　要：僵化现象是中介语形成中必然发生的,而且是可以预见的。根据僵化现象语病在告知和关注中可以得到纠正的特点,在认知心理学的记忆理论指导下,利用微型短句为准实验材料,以为期8周的英语写作训练为基础,通过定量与定性的研究方法,分别在培训前后使用开放式的问卷调查和命题测试等研究方式,对非英语专业大学生培训前后的英语写作水平、心理状态和效果进行了调查,结果显示微型短句英语写作培训对提高大学生英语写作水平的有效性显著。As the interlanguage develops, fossilization is an unavoidable but predictable phenomenon. In the light of its feature-the errors can be corrected with the help of notice and emphasis, under the guidance of memory theory in cognitive psychology as well as taking mini-sentences sentences as quasi-experimental material, and on the basis of writing training for eight weeks, through both the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, this paper explores the non-English majors＇ writing level, psychological state and effects with the instruments of open questionnaire and proposition testing before and after training. The research reveals that the mini-sentences of English writing training is very effective to improve students＇ writing ability.
