摘 要:目的探讨蛋白质谱分析用于预测卵巢癌TP方案化疗敏感、耐药的临床价值。方法选择TP方案耐药和敏感的卵巢癌患者各20例,抽血进行蛋白质谱分析,比较不同敏感、耐药患者的蛋白质质谱差异。结果耐药组与敏感组的蛋白质谱分析比较,发现两组的蛋白质谱中存在M3819.54、M4474.06及M3158.49等3个差异蛋白。结论蛋白质谱分析法可用于预测卵巢癌TP方案化疗敏感、耐药,具有方法简便,特异性高、敏感性强等优点。Objective To investigate clinical value of the protein spectrum analysis on predicating the sensitivity or resistance of TP chemotherapy program in ovarian cancer. Methods 40 cases of ovarian cancer patients with TP program were selected(20 resistance and 20 sensitivity),whose serum proteins were analyzed by protein mass spectrogram,and compared the in protein mass spectrometry differences between the groups. Results According to the results of the protein mass spectrum analysis ,there was three different proteins ,including M 3819.54, M 4474.06 and M 3158.49 between the two groups. Conclusion The protein mass spectrum analysis can be used to predict the sensitivity and resistance of TP chemotherapy program in ovarian cancer, and it was convenience, high specificity, and high sensitivity.
