摘 要:应用材料力学中的弯曲理论和剪切理论以及实验方法对邻■洞型后磨牙和邻颊洞型后磨牙的抗折能力进行了分析和研究.结果表明,完整后磨牙的抗折力约为邻■洞型后磨牙抗折力的2.3倍,是邻颊洞型后磨牙抗折力的1.4倍,邻颊洞型后磨牙的抗折力明显优于邻■洞型后磨牙的抗折力。The strength of posterior molars with occlusion-adjacent cavities and bucca-adjacent cavities were analysed and studied with the bending theory, shear theory and experimental method in material strength. It was concluded that the strength of intact posterior molars was about 2.3 times that of the posterior molars with occlusion-adjacent cavities and was about 1.4 times that of the posterior molars with bucca-adjacent cavities, and that the strength of the posterior molars with bucca-adjacent cavities was obviously greater than that of the posterior molars with occlusion-adj acent cavities.
