高端智能模型在护理技能训练中的应用进展

摘　　要：笔者所在学校运用高端智能模型创设出患有不同疾病的模拟患者用于护理技能综合训练，提高了学生临床护理思维能力、病情观察能力、应急应变能力、团队协作精神、组织管理能力、交流沟通能力等临床综合能力和素质，创新了护理技能训练模式。实践中笔者体会到熟悉高端智能模型性能，正确应用高端智能模型；合理编辑病例，正确处理好编辑病例的简单与复杂、局部与整体、个人与团队等关系，是开展护理技能综合训练成功的关键。问卷调查表明90％以上学生对教学效果表示满意。Recent years our university apply intelligent simulators to design diverse simulate patients which use on synthetic nursing skills training, improving students＇ abilities on clinical nursing thinking, observing patients＇ conditons, handling emergency circumstances, cooperating, organizing, managing and communicating. Ancl these innovate a new kind of nursing training model. In the practice, we familiarize functions and performance of inteUigent simulators, further more compile cases, which include reasonability arrange the complexity, the connection and the unity. The surveys showed that over 90% of students satisfied with the education result.
