摘　　要：从分析电网现状与存在问题出发，根据负荷发展，制订目标原则技术措施，提出太原城网近期建设改造规划，并对今后电网规划提出了几点建议。Through the analyzing of status quo and questions of powr network in Taiyuan, accordingto the electrical load increasing. Formlating the objective principles and technical measures. Putting forwar the short term plan of construction and transformation in TaiYuan power network. At last, raising some proposals about the future plan of power network are raised.
