摘　　要：深化新一轮教育教学改革,不仅要解放思想,而且在培养模式以及学校管理、校园文化建设上都要有新举措。管理干部、教师、学生的思想解放是前提;培养模式创新是核心;教学改革是重点;管理创新是保障;文化建设是支撑。The new - round education reform needs not only the emancipation of mind but also the new measures on training pattern, management, and campus culture. The emancipation of mind for the managerial staff, teacher and the students is the precondition, the innovation of training pattern is the nucleus, teaching reform is the key point, managerial innovation is the guarantee, and culture is the support.
