摘　　要：从理论和工程两个方面较为系统地阐述了使用国产通用超短波话音调频电台,经改造使其成为数传电台的组网设计以及组网设计的几点思考。From two aspects of theory and project,the article systematically elaborates the using of domestic-made general ultrashort wave voice frequency modulation broadcasting station.After transformation it is made to be the network design of data transmission receiver,also the paper gives several ponder for this network design.
