摘　　要：介绍了IMS及其终端的应用。设计并实现了Windows Mobile下的IMS智能终端的软件系统。论文给出了IMS终端的开发环境和总体架构,并对主要的线程进行了描述。通过阐述IMS注册消息的设计和IPTV业务的设计,详细介绍了IPTV的完整流程。通过实验网络,实现了基于IMS终端的IPTV播放。经过测试,验证了系统设计的有效性和可行性。This article introduces the IMS network system and IMS terminal.An IMS terminal based on Windows Mobile is designed and implemented.The software development environment of Windows Mobile is given;the paper also introduces the software structural design and describes the impotent threads.Through the designs of IMS registration message and IPTV profession,the complete process of IPTV is described in detail.IPTV can be played through the experiments network.The design is effective and feasibly by peer test.
