复方中药复明片对兔视网膜脱离后视网膜组织形态的影响

摘　　要：目的：研究复方中药复明片对兔实验性视网膜脱离后视网膜组织形态结构的影响。方法：用有色家兔72只,设正常对照A组、模型B组、西药对照C组、复明片D组,每组9只。B,C,D组制作视网膜脱离模型。造模后第1d下午开始给药,A组与B组均予温开水灌胃,C组予西药混合溶液灌胃,D组予复明片混悬液灌胃,皆5mL/kg,1次/d。造模后7,14,21d观察各组视网膜复位情况,取材后光镜下观察视网膜组织形态学结构变化。结果：复明片能促进脱离视网膜复位,减轻视网膜组织及细胞的形态学损伤,改善视功能。结论：复明片有保护视网膜组织结构的作用。AIM： To investigate effects of fuming tablets（FMT） on morphology of retinal tissue after retinal detachment（RD） of rabbits. METHODS： Seventy-two rabbits were divided into normal group （group A）, model group （group B）, western medicine group（group C）, FMT group（group D）. Each group had 9 rabbits.Group B,C,D were made RD model. After models were made one day they were given medicine. Group A and B were administrated intragastrically with warm water. Group C was admini-strated intragastrically with western medicine solution. Group D was administrated intragastrically with FMT suspension, once a day. After models were made, the retina recovery and the changes of morphology of retinal tissue on the 7th, 14th, and 21st day, were observed with microscope. RESULTS： FMT can promote the retinal reattachment, reduce the morphology damage of retina cells and tissue and improve sight. CONCLUSIONS： FMT has effects of protecting retinal tissue structure
