Titan紧肤仪在面部年轻化中应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察波长介于1100～1800nm的Titan紧肤仪在面部年轻化中应用的临床疗效。方法对28例符合要求的求美者给予Titan紧肤仪的面部照射治疗，治疗部位在照射的前、中、后过程中均敷以低温的胶原贴，面部上1／3采用的能量密度约为20～30J／cm^2，面部下2／3采用的能量密度为30～35J／cm^2，共做1个疗程（3次）的治疗，每次治疗间隔4周。通过求美者自我评价和医师评价对疗效进行分析。结果20例求美者照射即刻有皮肤紧缩感，随访所有求美者至最后一次照射后3个月。对皮肤质地改善方面：12．5％无效，32．1％有效，55．4％显效；对皱纹改善方面：12．5％无效，39．3％有效，48．2％显效。结论对于轻、中度的皮肤松弛而言，Titan紧肤仪是一种无痛、无创、效果明显的面部提升仪器。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infrared light with the wavelength from 1100 mn to 1800 nm for facial rejuvenation. Methods Twenty-eight adult patients with facial skin laxity were treated in this study. 1 course of treatment （3 times） with a interval of 4 weeks was performed personally. Fluence is typically set to 20 -30 J/cm^2 on the forehead and temples, and 30 - 35 J/cm^2 for the other lower face. Response parameters included patient self-assessment as well as doctor＇s assessment were recorded and analyzed. Results Immediate changes were obtained in 20 of 28 patients. After 3 months follow-up, average assessments of response on skin texture postoperatively were as follows： 12.5% inefficient, 32.1% effectual, and 55,4% excellent ; average assessments of response on skin wrinkle postoperative were as follows ： 12.5% inefficient, 39.3% effectual, and 48.2% excellent. Conclusion Direct application of the new infrared light device （Titan） is painless, non invasive and effective in the treatment of facial skin laxity of low or medium grade.
