摘 要:目的 观察波长介于1100~1800nm的Titan紧肤仪在面部年轻化中应用的临床疗效。方法对28例符合要求的求美者给予Titan紧肤仪的面部照射治疗,治疗部位在照射的前、中、后过程中均敷以低温的胶原贴,面部上1/3采用的能量密度约为20~30J/cm^2,面部下2/3采用的能量密度为30~35J/cm^2,共做1个疗程(3次)的治疗,每次治疗间隔4周。通过求美者自我评价和医师评价对疗效进行分析。结果20例求美者照射即刻有皮肤紧缩感,随访所有求美者至最后一次照射后3个月。对皮肤质地改善方面:12.5%无效,32.1%有效,55.4%显效;对皱纹改善方面:12.5%无效,39.3%有效,48.2%显效。结论对于轻、中度的皮肤松弛而言,Titan紧肤仪是一种无痛、无创、效果明显的面部提升仪器。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infrared light with the wavelength from 1100 mn to 1800 nm for facial rejuvenation. Methods Twenty-eight adult patients with facial skin laxity were treated in this study. 1 course of treatment (3 times) with a interval of 4 weeks was performed personally. Fluence is typically set to 20 -30 J/cm^2 on the forehead and temples, and 30 - 35 J/cm^2 for the other lower face. Response parameters included patient self-assessment as well as doctor's assessment were recorded and analyzed. Results Immediate changes were obtained in 20 of 28 patients. After 3 months follow-up, average assessments of response on skin texture postoperatively were as follows: 12.5% inefficient, 32.1% effectual, and 55,4% excellent ; average assessments of response on skin wrinkle postoperative were as follows : 12.5% inefficient, 39.3% effectual, and 48.2% excellent. Conclusion Direct application of the new infrared light device (Titan) is painless, non invasive and effective in the treatment of facial skin laxity of low or medium grade.
