摘　　要：目的:探讨趋化因子受体CXCR7在结肠直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集48例结肠直肠癌病人的癌组织和癌旁组织,采用实时定量PCR和免疫组化方法,分别检测CXCR7在mRNA及蛋白水平的表达。结果:CXCR7 mRNA表达在结肠直肠癌和相对应癌旁组织中的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与临床病理特征无明显相关;但结肠直肠癌中CXCR7蛋白的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.001),且其表达与淋巴结转移、AJCC分期及肿瘤部位均有相关性(P值分别为0.024、0.024、0.010)。结论:CXCR7在结肠直肠癌中mRNA和蛋白水平上的表达有差异;CXCR7蛋白的表达与结肠直肠癌的进展及转移有关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXCR7 receptor in colorectal cancer（CRC）.Methods The expression of CXCR7 mRNA and protein were detected by using real-time quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry in CRC and para-cancerous tissues from 48 patients.Results CXCR7 mRNA was not significantly different between CRC and matched para-cancerous tissues（P0.05）,and had no links with their clinicopathologic features.However,the expression of CXCR7 protein was significantly higher in CRC tissues than the corresponding para-cancerous tissues（P〈0.001）,and bore significant correlationship with lymph node metastasis,AJCC staging and location of tumor（P= 0.024,0.024 and 0.010,respectively）.Conclusions There exists a differentce in expression of CXCR7 between the mRNA and the protein level in CRC,and CXCR7 may play an important role in the progression and metastasis of CRC.
