糖皮质激素注射治疗皮神经痛2332例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全身各部位皮神经痛的发生率及糖皮质激素注射治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析2332例皮神经痛患者临床资料。总结各部位皮神经痛的发病率、诊断的理论基础,观察强的松龙混悬液加2%利多卡因局部注射的疗效。结果所有病例注射后数分钟完全止痛,经不完全追踪随访,1860例一周内痊愈;472例经第二次或第三次注射后痊愈。结论皮神经痛发病率高,其病因可能是在神经行程中受到相邻骨膜或穿过筋膜处受到刺激所致,可能与营养状况有关。糖皮质激素局部注射有良好疗效,其机理可能与抑制骨膜或筋膜的成纤维细胞增殖,减轻炎症卡压、消除病因有关。Objective To explore the incidence and treatment of cutaneous neuralgia through-out the whole body.Methods Totally 2 332 cases of cutaneous nerve neuralgia were analyzed repsctively.The incidence of cutaneous nerve neuralgia and diagnosis were summaried,and the curative effect of local injection with prednisolone and 2% lidocaine was observed.Results The neuralgia disappeared after local injection a few minutes,mostly cases healed in a week,only a few injected twice or three times.Conclusions The incidence of cutaneous nerve neuralgia is high.Their etiopathogenisis might be related to nutrition.Local injection with glucocorticosteroid is effective by removing etiological factor and reducing press.
