中药康网灵汤剂对视网膜脱离复位术后残留视网膜下液患者振荡电位的影响

摘　　要：目的应用视觉电生理技术观察中药康网灵汤剂对视网膜脱离复位术后残留视网膜下液患者的振荡电位(oscillatory potentials,OPs)的影响。方法选取波及黄斑部的孔源性视网膜脱离并行视网膜成功复位术后经光学相干断层扫描证实黄斑部残留视网膜下液的患者60例(60眼),随机分为2组,每组各30例30眼,对照组常规口服迈之灵,康网灵组在此基础上加服中药康网灵汤剂,每天1剂,分3次服,30d为1疗程,共治6个疗程。治疗前、后行视力及视觉电生理检查,观察视力、OPs的变化。结果均应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学处理。结果治疗前2组在年龄、病程、视力及OPs总振幅上差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);治疗后康网灵组视力提高的眼数高于对照组、OPs总振幅升高,明显高于对照组。1个月时康网灵组视力>0.50者5眼,对照组2眼,OPs总振幅前者为(84.17±7.96)μV,后者为(74.40±7.39)μV,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药康网灵汤剂能促进视网膜循环改善、视力提高。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Kangwangling（KWL）broth on oscillatory potentials（OPs）of patients with residual subretinal fluid after retinal detachment reduction by electrophysiological technique.Methods Sixty cases（60 eyes）with macular residual subretinal fluid after successful rhegmatogenous retinal detachment surgery and successful retinal reduction by optical coherence tomography（OCT）were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases（30 eyes）in each group.Patients of control group were treated with Maizhiling orally;Patients of KWL group were treated with Maizhiling and KWL orally,one broth daily for 3 times.There was 30 days in one course of treatment,and for 6 courses.Examination of OPs and visual acuity were taken to observe before and after treatment by examination of visual acuity and visual electrophysiology.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,courses,visual acuity and the summed amplitude of OPs（All P0.05）;After treatment,the eyes of improved visual acuity in KWL group were more than those in control group,and the summed amplitude of OPs was higher in KWL group than in control group.Visual acuity more than 0.50 was 5 eyes in KWL group and 2 eyes in control group at 1 month after treatment.The summed amplitude of OPs was（84.17±7.96）μV in KWL group and（74.40±7.39）μV in control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine KWL broth can help to improve retinal circulation and visual acuity.
