减毒增效升白汤联合化疗改善恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的临床观察

摘　　要：目的减毒增效升白汤联合化疗对改善恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的临床观察。方法将200例恶性肿瘤化疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组服用减毒增效升白汤,1剂/日,水煎服;对照组服用利血生200mg、鲨肝醇100mg,3次/日,口服。两组疗程均4周。试验采用单盲法。观察两组治疗前后生活质量及症状缓解变化。结果治疗组生活质量总稳定率、症状缓解率明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论减毒增效升白汤可改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量和全身症状,达到减毒增效的作用。Objective To observe the effect of chemotherapeutics with Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction on the quality of life with malignant tumor. Methods 200 cases of malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups, 100 for each.The treatment group was treated by Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction, dose a day, water be fried.The control group were treated by Leucogen tablet （20mg） and Batilol tablet （ 100mg）,thrice a day, take orally.The therapeutic course was four weeks in both groups.The changes in life quality and symptoms of patients were observed before and after treatment by single blind method.Results The changes of life quality be total stability rate, syndrome to alleviate a rate in treatment group were more obviously better than those in control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Jianduzengxiaoshengbai decoction was more effective on the treatment malignant tumor of improving life quality and whole body symptom, attained to the effect of reducing poison and increasing function.
