我国农村纠纷解决中的人民调解制度探究

摘　　要：人民调解是我国一项重要的纠纷解决方式,在农村民事纠纷的解决中发挥着不可替代的作用。人民调解制度能够长期在我国农村存在和发展,有着重要的现实基础,目前人民调解制度在调解人员素质、制度保障和机构设置等方面存在诸多问题,严重影响了调解制度作用在农村的发挥。因此,有必要在坚持人本理念、利益协调理念、自治和法治相统一理念的前提下,从各个方面对我国现行人民调解制度予以完善。The people＇s mediation is an important means of settling disputes,which has played an irreplaceable role in the rural civil disputes settlement.And it has an important foundation in reality for the long-term existence and development in China＇s rural areas.At present,the people＇s mediation system of rural areas exists many problems in the aspects of mediators＇ quality,system security and institution setting,which has seriously affected the role of the mediation system in rural areas.It is necessary to perfect the current people＇s mediation system of China from various aspects under the premise of upholding the ideas of the people-oriented,the interests＇ coordination and the unity between autonomy and the monocracy.
