摘　　要：目的:探讨热休克蛋白27(HSP27)和Survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及二者的相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学法检测45例胃癌及30例癌旁组织、20例正常胃黏膜中HSP27与Survivin的表达,比较其阳性表达率及HSP27表达与Survivin表达的关系。结果:HSP27在胃癌中的表达率明显高于癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜(P<0.01),并且与胃癌的分化程度相关,但与性别、年龄和胃癌的浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关;Survivin在胃癌中阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜(P<0.01),并且与胃癌的分化程度相关,但与性别、年龄和胃癌的浸润深度及淋巴结转移无关;胃癌组织中HSP27与Survivin的表达有相关性。结论:HSP27和Survivin在胃癌中过度表达,提示二者在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用;HSP27和Survivin通过抗凋亡机制协同参与胃癌的发生。Objective：To investigated the expressions of heat shock protein （HSP27） and Survivin in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between them. Methods：The expressions of HSP27 and Survivin were detected in 45 cases gastric carcinoma,30 cases tissues around tumor and 20 cases normal tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results：The expression of HSP27/Survivin in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in tissues around tumor or normal tissues （P0.01）. The expression of HSP27 is not correlated to gender,age,infiltrated depth and lymph node metastasis,but was related to histological classification （P0.05）. And the expressions of HSP27 and Survivin were closely related to each other （P0.01）. Conclusion：The overexpressions of HSP27 and Survivin indicate they both play an important roles in carcinogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma. They infect the carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma through anti-apoptosis mechanism.
