四手操作在正畸托槽粘结中应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的总结四手操作在正畸托槽粘结中的应用效果，探讨最佳护理方法。方法将正畸患者40例分为两组，试验组（n=20）使用四手操作进行正畸托槽粘结，采取吸唾器持续吸唾进行护理配合；对照组（n=20）由医生单独进行正畸托槽粘结，采用简单的棉卷隔湿。比较两组治疗工作时间、患者舒适度以及托槽脱落率。结果试验组工作时间为（40．7±2．1）min，75．0％的患者感觉基本舒适，托槽脱落率为2．5％；对照组工作时间为（56．7±3．2）min，30．0％的患者感觉基本舒适，托槽脱落率为9．2％，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论四手操作有助于提高托槽粘结的工作效率，使患者在治疗中更为舒适，结合持续吸唾法的护理配合可以显著降低托槽的脱落率。Objective To analyze the application effect of four-handed technique on bonding orthodontic brackets. Methods Forty eases were divided into two groups with random. The four-handed technique was applied during bonding orthodontic brackets in the study group while the control group received routine method. The indicators including operation time, patient comfort and expulsion rate of bracket were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences between the study group and the control group with the respect to the operation time （40.7±2.1 ） vs （56.7 ±3.2） min, expulsion rate of bracket （2.5% vs 75% ） and patient comfort （75% vs 30% ）. Conclusions The four-handed technique can elevate the work efficiency in bracket bonding, cut down the expulsion rate of bracket and make patient feel more comfortable.
