摘　　要：本文构建了一个国有企业信息披露制度基本分析框架,从五个方面对OECD组织及成员国家的国有企业信息披露制度相关规定和做法进行比较分析,归纳总结其成功经验和启示,并针对实际提出发展和完善我国国有企业信息披露制度对策建议。This paper builds a framework of the SOE information disclosure, analyzes the SOE information disclosure system and practices in Australia、Austria and Sweden based on the framework in five aspects, tires to find the international experience, it may provide some suggestion to build and improve SOE information disclosure system in China.
