眼眶海绵状血管瘤超声造影增强模式的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨眼眶海绵状血管瘤超声造影表现及增强模式。方法应用超声及超声造影成像技术对52例眼眶海绵状血管瘤患者进行超声造影检查,分析眼眶海绵状血管瘤的超声造影模式。结果 52例眼眶海绵状血管瘤患者中49个(49/52,94.23%)瘤体表现为典型的增强模式,在增强早期瘤体由周边开始增强并出现小结节状突起,小结节状突起逐渐增大,达到峰值强度后造影剂增强幅度维持一个短暂的平台期,然后缓慢消退;2个瘤体(3.85%)迅速不均匀增强,然后快速消退;1个瘤体(1.92%)整体无增强。结论眼眶海绵状血管瘤超声造影具有典型的"滚雪球"样增强模式,具有定性诊断价值。Objective To investigate patterns of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in orbital cavernous hemangioma. Methods The technique of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound was used to analyze the enhancement patterns in 52 patients with orbital cavernous hemangioma. Results Forty-nine of 52 pa- tients （49/52,94.23%）with orbital cavernous hemangiomas having typical enhancement, was observed with peripheral enhancement accompanied with some tiny globulars in the early phase, and subsequently these tiny globulars grew larger and larger. The peak intensity maintained a short time and then washed out slowly. Of all, rapidly uneven enhancement and rapidly washed out were shown in only 2 patients （2/52, 3.85% ）, but no enhancement in others at all. Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound of orbital cavernous hemangioma has typical enhancement pattern of ＂rolling snowball＂, and it is helpful for qualitative diagnosis.
