摘 要:目的探讨水通道蛋白AQP2在人多囊肾囊肿上皮中的表达并探讨其意义。方法利用RT-PCR及免疫组织化学等方法对人多囊肾囊泡上皮表达水通道AQP2情况进行初步分析。结果AQP2在人多囊肾囊肿上皮表达程度较高,且在上皮细胞近囊腔侧膜的表达水平明显高于胞浆。结论AQP2可能参与人多囊肾的形成过程。深入研究AQP2在多囊肾囊肿上皮中的作用,将为多囊肾疾病的分子成因提供新的机理。Objective To explore the expression of AQP2 in ranal cyst epithelial of polyeystie kidney.Methods Assay the expression of AQP2 in ranal cyst epithelial of polycystic kidney, by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results AQP2 were found highly expressed in ranal cyst epithelial of polycystic kidney, the expresion level of AQP2 located in intracellular vesicles is higher than that in the apical plasma membrane. Conclusion AQP2 may play an important role in formation of polycystic kidney disease. Further investigation of AQP2 function in ranal cyst epithelial of polycystic kidney may identify new molecular mechanisms of genetic polycystic kidney disease.
