减毒增效升白汤联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察减毒增效升白汤联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将200例恶性肿瘤化疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组服用减毒增效升白汤,1剂/日,水煎服;对照组服用利血生200mg、鲨肝醇100mg,3次/日,口服。两组疗程均4周。试验采用单盲法。观察两组治疗前后白细胞及免疫学指标变化。结果治疗后治疗组白细胞升高总稳定率及免疫学指标明显优于对照组,两组比较分别有显著性差异(P<0.01～0.05)。治疗组治疗后各项免疫学指标明显优于治疗前,有显著性差异(P<0.01～0.05);对照组治疗后只有NK指标优于治疗前,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论减毒增效升白汤可增强恶性肿瘤化疗患者的白细胞总稳定率,提高免疫学指标,增强机体免疫力,达到减毒增效的良好作用。Objective：To observe the effect of chemotherapeutics with Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction on malignant tumor. Methods： 200 cases of malignant tumor were randomly divided into two groups, 100 for each. The treatment group was treated by Jiandu Zengxiao Shengbai decoction（ 减毒增效升白汤 ） ,dose a day ,water be fried. The control group were treated by Leueogen tablets （利血生 ）20mg and Batilol tablets （鲨肝醇）100mg,thrice a day, take orally. The therapeutic course was four weeks in both groups. The changes in leucocyte, immune indexes of patients were observed before and after treatment by single blind method. Results： After treatment the changes of leueocytie go up total stability rate, immune indexes to alleviate rate in treatment group were more obviously better than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. All immune indexes were significantly improved after treatment in treatment group （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The control group after the treatment only have Natural Killer better than before,have already shown difference （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Jiandu Zengxlao Shengbai decoction was more effective on the treatment malignant tumor of decreasing leucoeytic total stability rate, strengthening the machine body immunity dint, attained to the effect of reducing poison and increasing function.
