奥美拉唑合并黛力新治疗老年胃食管返流病78例分析

摘　　要：目的观察奥美拉唑合并黛力新治疗老年胃食管返流病的疗效。方法将78例老年胃食管返流患者随机分成两组,观察组40例,对照组38例,前者应用奥美拉唑20 mgbid,后者加用黛力新5mgqd,于治疗1个月及3个月观察疗效。结果观察组一个月及三个月的总有效率是85%和95%,与对照组(71.05%和84.21%)相比,均存在显著差异。结论奥美拉唑合并黛力新治疗老年胃食管返流病优于单用奥美拉唑,且未增加副作用。Objective To observe the efficacy of omeprazole with deanxit in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease in elderly.Methods 78 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease in elderly were randomly devided into 3 groups：40 patients were treated with omeprazole 20 mg bid;38 patients were treated with Deanxit 5 mg qd,addition to omeprazole.we observe the efficacy in the course of treatment 1 month and 3 month.Results The total effective rates of omeprazole with deanxit group were 85%and 95%,while those of omeprazole group were 71.05%and 84.21%,there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The efficacy of omeprazole with deanxit is more effective than omeprazole only in the teatment of gstroesophageal reflux dsease in ederly.
