摘　　要：自1980到1999年,中关村产业集聚从幼稚到稳步发展,形成了独特的集聚模式,本文分别从外部干预、内在动力和形成路径3个角度分析"中关村模式"的独特内涵,在此基础上分析中关村独特的形成模式所引发的诸如行政网络错综复杂、产学研缺乏良好的互动,以及缺乏多样化的资金来源渠道支持技术创新这些问题,并提出了相应的对策,以有助于中关村进一步提高自主创新能力,也为其他高新区提供可借鉴的参考。From 1980 to 1999, ZhongGuanchun industrial aggregation, from immature to stabilization, became a unique model. This paper analyses the feature of ZhongGuanchun model respectively from three aspects that is outside intervention, intrinsic motiva and pathway of development, on this basis, due to its special model of development, it analyses some problems such as the intricate administrative network, lack of constructive interaction between production and research, as well as short of diversified source of fund to support technological innovation, and puts forward countermeasures to benefit for the further enhancing the ability to self-innovation of Zhoug Guanchun and also can provide a reference to other high-tech zones.
